1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GetMySite's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

GetMySite provides website design and development services including:

• Custom website design and development
• Website hosting on subdomain (yourname.getmysite.co.in)
• Basic SEO setup
• Mobile-responsive design
• Content updates (as per plan)
• Technical support

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscription plans include:

• Starter Plan: ₹499/month
• Professional Plan: ₹999/month
• Premium Plan: ₹1,999/month

Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other standard payment methods available in India.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• Website data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
• You may request a backup of your website content before cancellation

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your website
• Ensure all content you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Not use the website for any illegal or prohibited activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Make timely payments as per your subscription plan

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the content you provide and the custom design elements created specifically for your website. GetMySite retains ownership of:

• Underlying code and frameworks
• Development tools and processes
• Generic design templates and components

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted websites. However, we are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with prior notice)
• Downtime due to factors beyond our control
• Third-party service interruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

GetMySite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
